Refund and Returns Policy

At Nuvo Studio, we want every purchase to be smooth, secure, and satisfying. This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, and product access issues are handled for all products, including both physical and digital items. Our goal is to make the process clear, fair, and transparent for all customers.

1. Order Verification

To help ensure every purchase is secure and processed correctly, Nuvo Studio may occasionally request additional verification before fulfilling certain orders.

What we may ask for:

  • Government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, national ID card)
  • Utility bill or other official document showing your name and billing address

Purpose of verification:
These documents are requested solely to confirm that the name and billing address match the payment details provided, ensuring that the person making the purchase is the authorized cardholder.

Verification requests are rare and only made when necessary. Our goal is to make the process simple, quick, and secure, and any documents provided are treated confidentially and used only for verification purposes.

If requested verification is not provided in a timely manner, orders may be canceled. Refunds for canceled orders due to incomplete verification will reflect the net amount received after processing fees, which are non-recoverable.

2. Returns Eligibility (Physical Products)

Physical products may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect

To request a return:

  1. Email support@insidenuvostudio.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization and instructions from our team
  3. Securely package the item and ship it as instructed

Refunds for eligible returns are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Refunds

3.1 Physical Products

Refunds for physical products are processed as follows:

  1. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
  2. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  3. Refunds for eligible returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days of inspection
  4. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Important: Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable and are not refundable by Nuvo Studio. Refunds reflect only the Net amount received after these fees.

3.2 Digital Products

  • Digital products (including PDFs, guides, templates, and downloads) are non-refundable once access or download has been granted
  • If a digital product is inaccessible, corrupted, or cannot be opened, customers must provide reasonable proof. In such cases, Nuvo Studio will either:
    1. Provide a corrected or replacement version of the product, or
    2. Issue a refund if a replacement cannot be provided
  • Refunds for digital products are processed to the original payment method and typically take 7–10 business days to appear once approved

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are applicable only for physical products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact support@insidenuvostudio.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product issue

Nuvo Studio will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost to the customer

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before fulfillment or access
  • Refunds for canceled orders are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds for canceled orders due to incomplete verification reflect the net amount received after processing fees
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation is confirmed

6. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns
  • Refunds for returned items will only be processed after the item is received and inspected

7. Net Amount Disclaimer

In certain circumstances, refunds may not equal the original payment amount due to:

  • Third-party payment processor fees, which are non-recoverable
  • Verification-related cancellations
  • Shipping or handling costs, when applicable

This ensures that Nuvo Studio can operate fairly while protecting both customers and the business
